GeoTrust SSL Certificates

GeoTrust is a leading provider of Internet trust services, including identity verification and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates. NOCservices had previously partnered with Equifax Secure, the Internet services arm of Equifax; however, they have since merged with GeoTrust and the Equifax parent company remains a key partner to GeoTrust's programs.

NOCservices currently offers three of GeoTrust's products and services to our clients:

QuickSSL Premium
The QuickSSL Premium program allows a website owner to quickly obtain an SSL certificate for his or her website, providing the site's clients the safety and security of a 128-bit encrypted connection to the website. QuickSSL certificates are 100% compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.01 and AOL/Netscape Navigator/Communicator 4.51 or greater, and cost $179 per year from NOCservices with no setup fee for our hosting clients.

Included with the QuickSSL Premium service is time-stamped seal that can be placed on your website to let your visitors know you have SSL protection from an industry leading certificate authority.
TrueBusiness ID
The TrueBusiness ID is the traditional, full flavor SSL server certificate offered by others for $350 or more each year. Also providing a 128-bit encrypted connection, the TrueBusiness ID also verifies the identity of the company running the website providing additional measures of safety and security to both the site owner and the client (see the TrueSite service, below). Additionally, the TrueBusiness ID has the advantage of working with over 98% of the web browsers currently in use. From AOL 3.0 and greater, to Netscape 3.x and greater, to Internet Explorer 3.02 and greater, they all recognize the eBusiness ID.
Getting your TrueBusiness ID from NOCservices also gives you the best value for your money. Purchased directly from GeoTrust, the eBusiness ID runs $250 per year. But, due to the relationship we at NOCservices have with GeoTrust, we can offer the same certificate to you at $200 per year. And, for NOCservices hosting clients, we will waive the CSR generation and certificate installation fee.
TrueSite
Do you want your clients to be able to verify that your site is really yours, but don't need a secure, encrypted (SSL) connection to them? Then the TrueSite program is for you. GeoTrust will verify that your company is really the one behind your site and then provide a simple JavaScript which you place on your web pages. Each time someone visits your site, the JavaScript connects back to GeoTrust's servers to make sure they are really visiting your site and not one that just looks like yours. If everything checks out, a time-stamped graphic is displayed which links to more information about your company; if things do not check (for example, your competitors try to put it on their site to confuse your clients), nothing is displayed. TrueSite services are available at just $99 per year.

If you need to use a non-GeoTrust certificate, or purchase one directly without going through NOCservices, you will need our technical support group to generate a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) that you send in when purchasing your SSL certificate and then to install the certificate once you receive it from the certificate authority (CA). This is available for all small business and e-commerce hosting clients at a flat $40 rate, billed upon CSR generation.

Basic hosting accounts cannot be SSL-enabled, though you may use our shared SSL services for $2.50 per month.
